Hi, It's Saturday and I've got a few minutes to chat. I notice it's been a few days since your last prolific posts and I hope that means you are too busy having fun and doing positive things to write. We like the photos. Was that really cold air coming out of your mouth? Brrr.
My understanding is that the weather you are experiencing is somewhat of an anomoly. I heard Paul Douglas say they closed the Tour Eiffel because of snow! I hope it warms up in April.
Not much to report on the home front this week, except for enduring the dreaded Phase I of the South Beach diet. Yes, I know, why should moi be on a diet? Well, it's to jumpstart the biking season. Drop a quick 10 and add 20 points to the cholesterol level! As you know, this means no alcohol of any kind during the diet. It is difficult, but the rewards are worth it.
We'll be breaking the diet with my version of beef bourguignonne, served with some hearty reds. We'll be with some close friends on the Root River Trail, by Lanesboro. Something to look forward to.
Gabriella, we hope you are recovering from your unfortunate incident. We think about you guys often.
Cheers, and have one for us while we're on the SBD!
