Bubble kids
Our last trip to chicago in awhile. Hanging out in Millenium park on a rainy day!
Found in Fortune Cookie 11/3/04: "Traveling more often is important for your health and happiness"
I just dropped gab off at the airport and well, I cried the whole way home. It's amazing how you know that you need to let go, but that all you want is one more hug. As if the hug that you forgot to give would last longer than the one you just gave. Gab is my best friend, my soulmate, my alpha and omega, and my lover. It's going to be hard to know she is so far away and already I'm making plans to take off sooner than expected. I need another hug and it's going to take a plane ride to get it.
Gab is soon to go and well this means that I won't be far behind. Right now I'm preparing for a temporary bachelor-hood and not liking the prospect. You really take for granted another person who becomes so close to you that it's like having another hand. I already miss Gab in my plans for the upcoming week or when thinking of having to come home to a empty house. On top of this, her going is finally making me confront my own departure. Looking forward to my next few weeks I'm already both excited and terrified. This step in our lives is sooooo important and at the same time soooooo unknown. What will we encounter?
Knowing us, we will most likely have a very good time, while mingling with new friends and new perspectives on life. And you all thought we were strange before, just wait and see what great new philosophies we uncover in our new life together.
By the way, after a tramatic first round trying to find Cheddar a home, we now have a loving place for him to stay..We'll miss you Cheese!
Hey everyone thanks for coming to our party. We had a great time and hope all of you did too. We're sorry we didn't get to talk to most you much but such is the nature of the beast. We do hope though that we remember to post a lot here and that all of you make sure to comment so that we can all stay in touch. More to come soon. Love to all, Ryan
